Site Cleaning & Existing Setup Removal The kitchen area was cleared by removing old cabinets, fittings, and debris. The base surface was cleaned thoroughly to prepare for new installation. Plumbing & Electrical Check Water lines, drainage points, and electrical connections were inspected and adjusted according to the new kitchen layout plan. Layout Planning & Marking The kitchen layout (L-shape/U-shape/parallel) was finalized. Markings were done on walls for cabinets, appliances, and work zones based on the work triangle concept. Base Preparation & Tiling Wall and floor surfaces were leveled. Backsplash tiling and flooring adjustments were completed to match the new design. Cabinet Framework Installation Base and wall cabinet frameworks were installed using BWR plywood. Proper alignment and leveling ensured durability and smooth operation. Shutter & Finish Installation Cabinet shutters with laminates or acrylic finishes were fixed. Handles, hinges, and soft-close mechanisms were installed for ease of use. Countertop & Sink Fixing Granite or quartz countertop was installed along with sink placement. Edges were polished, and sealing was done to prevent leakage. Storage Accessories Installation Pull-out drawers, corner units, bottle racks, and organizers were installed to maximize storage efficiency. Lighting & Appliance Integration Under-cabinet LED lighting was installed. Chimney, hob, and other appliances were fitted and tested for functionality. Final Cleaning & Handover The kitchen was cleaned thoroughly, and all units were checked for proper operation. The space was handed over as a fully functional and optimized modular kitchen.
